Live Stock Market Updates - Nifty above 8,200 imprint

The BSE Mid-top Index is exchanging up 0.47% at 11,460, while BSE Small-top Index is exchanging up 0.40% at 11,240. The INDIA VIX is up 0.04% at 15.0950.

The BSE Sensex opened 76.09 focuses up at 26,919.23, while NSE Nifty opened 27.25 focuses up at 8,246.20. The Sensex recovered 27,000-mark surprisingly since October 29, 2015.

At 10:45 AM, the S&P BSE Sensex is exchanging at 26,963 up 120 focuses, while NSE Nifty is exchanging at 8,248 up 29 focuses.

Pivot Bank, Coal India, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Steel, Bajaj-Auto and M&M are among the gainers, though Bharti Airtel, Sun Pharma, Dr.Reddy's and Asian Paints are losing sheen on BSE.

Some purchasing movement is found in metal, auto, keeping money, influence, fund and FMCG divisions, while telecom, pharma and customer solid are indicating shortcoming on BSE.

The INDIA VIX is up 0.04% at 15.0950. Out of 1,806 stocks exchanged on the NSE, 519 declined, 907 progressed and 380 stayed unaltered today.

A sum of 46 stocks enlisted a new 52-week high in exchanges today, while 20 stocks touched another 52-week low on the NSE.

The Indian rupee opened higher by 8 paise at 67.23/$ against US Dollar on Friday as against the past close of 67.29/$. The rupee recovered lost ground, helped by lightness in the household values.
